Ian Bickley

Mr Bickley assumed the role of Executive Chairman, serving as Interim CEO in June 2025. Mr. Bickley served as a key architect and leader at Tapestry, Inc. (formerly, Coach, Inc.), overseeing the company’s global expansion and growing Coach’s international sales from less than $20 million to more than $2 billion. As President of the International Group for Coach, and President of Global Business Development for all Tapestry brands, Mr. Bickley established an exceptional track record in building and revitalizing brands, developing omni-channel businesses, and managing and integrating a global multi-brand portfolio. Mr. Bickley currently serves as an independent director and member of the Audit Committee and Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Committee on the Boards of Directors at Crocs, Inc., and as an independent director on the Board at Brilliant Earth, where he chairs the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. Previously, he served as an independent director on the Board at Natura & Co., where he served on the Strategy Committee. 
 
Mr. Bickley has extensive omni-channel retail experience in handbag and accessories. He provides insight in overseeing brand expansion, driving sales growth, building and revitalizing existing brands, developing omnichannel businesses, and integrating multi-brand portfolios as the Company continues to execute its long-term strategic plan.

Martin Layding

Martin Layding was appointed Chief Financial Officer in June 2025.  He brings nearly 10 years of Retail finance experience with divisional roles at Tapestry (2012 – 2018) and as CFO for Supreme during Carlyle’s involvement with the brand (2018 – 2021).  More recently, he has been CFO for several private equity backed businesses outside of the retail industry (Function of Beauty (2021), Rohrer Corp (2021–2024), Noodle Partners, Inc. (2024-2025).  Martin spent the first half of his career in a variety of financial roles in the consumer products industry with Procter & Gamble and Novartis’s OTC Consumer business (part of Haleon today).

    Mark Dely joined the Company in August 2016 as our Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary.  Between January 2013 and July 2016, he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of Fred’s, Inc., a publicly-traded retailer with over 650 locations throughout the Southeast.  From July 2007 to December 2012, Dely was Vice President and Divisional General Counsel of the Franchise Services Group for The ServiceMaster Company, where he gained valuable international and franchise experience.   His additional experience includes being the first in-house counsel for NYSE-listed seed and agricultural-biotech company, Delta and Pine Land Company.  This role allowed him to work closely with the company's international team, managing relationships throughout the world and developing new global businesses.  Dely began his legal career at New York law firm Fried, Frank, LLP.  He earned his law degree from the New York University School of Law.

      Melinda Paraie was appointed Chief Brand Officer in November 2025. She brings nearly 20 years of extensive Retail merchandise, design and marketing expertise. Melinda served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cath Kidston where she managed the brand through its digital transformation and eventual sale (2018-2023). Previously, she was a key leader at Tapestry, Inc. (formerly, Coach, Inc.) (NYSE: TPR), for more than ten years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Merchandising for North America and prior to that for the APAC region (2006-2016). Melinda has served as Chief Merchandising Officer for John Hardy (2017-2018) and acted as a strategic advisor to several other brands, including The Body Shop and Adolfo Dominguez.
